Job Title: o9 Consultant (Demand & Supply Planning / IBP): Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled o9 Consultant with expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to design, configure, and implement advanced planning solutions on the o9 platform. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable solutions, and driving digital supply chain transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation Configure and implement o9 platform solutions across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and IBP modules Develop and enhance solution building blocks for forecasting, demand netting, and supply planning Support technical configuration (Level I & II) of o9 platform components Design and build end-to-end planning workflows aligned with business requirements Drive transformation initiatives migrating from Blue Yonder to o9 platform Demand Planning Capabilities Implement and optimize forecasting processes within o9 Configure demand netting logic and planning hierarchies Work with demand planners to improve forecast accuracy and planning efficiency Deliver insights into Demand Planning core solution building blocks Supply Planning Capabilities Configure and support Supply Chain Solver (SCS) (Beginner to Intermediate capability) Perform technical deep dives into Supply Planning solution architecture Implement supply planning models including constraints, sourcing, and allocation logic Provide expertise in Supply Planning reference models Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Enable seamless integration across Demand, Supply, and Financial Planning processes Support users in navigating o9 IBP capabilities Drive cross-functional alignment through unified planning processes Stakeholder Collaboration Engage with business users to gather requirements and perform solution walkthroughs Conduct workshops such as “Day in the Life of a Planner” scenarios Provide functional and technical guidance to ensure successful adoption Support & Continuous Improvement Troubleshoot production issues and enhance existing solutions Drive continuous improvement initiatives for planning accuracy and system efficiency Stay updated with latest o9 platform features and certifications Skill Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications Technical & Functional Skills Strong experience in o9 platform configuration (Level I & Level II)

Hands-on experience in:

Demand Planning (Forecasting, Demand Netting) Supply Planning (SCS Solver, supply models) IBP processes and workflows Understanding of planning building blocks and data models Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts (S&OP, IBP, forecasting) Certifications (Preferred) o9 Platform Technical Associate Certification Demand Planner Associate Certification Supply Planning Implementer / SCS Certification
