About the Role

A very high visibility role with stakeholders including – CEO business heads, regional sales heads. The candidate would be reporting to Sr. Manager in FP&A. The successful candidate should have a history of:

Responsibilities:

This is a perfect position for someone who knows how to work fast and smart.

This person will work on multiple tasks, helping his/her business partners understand financial decisions and as the trusted business advisor.

Job responsibilities would include:

Contribute to the annual Operating Plan and Forecasting (Monthly/ Quarterly)

Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts for regular leadership reviews

Analyze financial data – and create financial models for decision support

Hold fort on Key Business KPIs including costs and margins

Cost and expense Management, analysis and continuous improvement in reporting for business decisions

Identify and drive process improvements, including creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and dashboards.

Champion simplification, standardization and automation opportunities and lead these projects
