Principal associate We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize our online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in PPC, social media, content/ influencer marketing, and analytics to drive conversions & revenue. Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive online marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives across various channels, including SEM, SMM, SEO & influencer marketing
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads & Snapchat Ads Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various third-party channels such as influencer marketing, affiliate partners, UPI platforms, etc.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush
- Collaborate with the design and creative teams to create visually appealing and engaging creatives for paid channels
- Manage media budgets effectively, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI and achieving target KPIs
- Devise campaign strategy and calendars basis overall platform goals and category specific goals.
- Develop deep understanding of campaign performance and constantly optimize to improve marketing efficiencies and impact
- Be the multi-functional anchor between category teams, creatives, product and rest of the marketing teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing
Success Measures:
- Lead category level growth initiatives and revenue goals across all channel campaigns ∙ Timely setup and execution of marketing campaigns
- Continuous improvement in marketing impact and efficiencies
- Ability to define clear success metrics and measurement framework to enable continuous tracking
- Continuously bringing best practice ad-Tech thinking and innovations to Myntra Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a fast-paced e-commerce environment with a strong focus on paid and social media marketing and managing growth marketing initiatives
- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that deliver measurable results
- Solid process-oriented along with high bias for action
- Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Collaborative approach to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical horsepower along with ability to drive insight from data
