The role is the part of the monetization & Brand Solutions team. This team is responsible for delivering the advertising and monetization revenue for Myntra by providing various Brand solutions. Myntra Monetization is leading the league with innovative brand solutions and performance avenues for partner brands. The function is responsible for getting advertising income from our Brand partners by designing appropriate marketing solutions for visibility & ROI on Myntra App, Website as well as Social handles. Roles & Responsibilities: Strategic Account Management & Growth
- Portfolio Ownership: Own and deliver the monetization revenue targets for your assigned category by growing and retaining your brand portfolio.
- Consultative Growth: Deepen relationships with existing key brands, understanding their business goals to pitch relevant, high-impact brand solutions.
- Pipeline Conversion: Nurture a strong pipeline of category-relevant brands, moving them seamlessly from interest to active monetization partners.
- Joint Business Planning: Conduct structured monthly and quarterly business reviews with key brands to analyze campaign performance, address gaps, and unlock future budget allocations.
Category Strategy & Media Planning
- Data-Driven Media Plans: Design customized, detailed media plans that align a brand's marketing spend with category insights and consumer behavior.
- Collateral & Pitch Development: Create and continuously update data-backed monetization pitch decks that highlight category trends, success stories, and platform capabilities.
- Target Forecasting: Build realistic monthly monetization plans against your targets, rigorously monitoring actuals and problem-solving any variances.
Cross-Functional Execution & Governance
- End-to-End Delivery: Collaborate closely with internal category teams, ad operations, and analytics to ensure flawless execution of media plans, ad serving, and reporting.
