Lead Associate - Demand Roles and Responsibilities: (i) To own & deliver monetization targets for the category.(ii) To create a strong pipeline of Brands to pitch for Brand solutions and convert them at a healthy rate. (iii) Create and regularly update monetization pitch decks for your category & brands. (iv) To create a detailed media plan against the planned spend for every brand. (v) To work with internal stakeholders including end to end execution of monetization media plan including ad serving and reports etc. (vi) To create a monthly plan against your target and monitor these for actuals. Problem solve for any gaps in target vs. plan. (vii) Proactive in identifying, raising and problem solving issues that might impact the plan numbers. (viii) Conducting monthly reviews with key brands to identify gaps and solve for future months. (ix) To adhere to internal processes and keep escalations to a minimum.
Qualifications & Experience:(i) MBA from Tier 1 College with overall work experience of 3-6 years. (ii) Experience in BD/ Digital Sales for a Digital company for at least 2 years is mandatory.
Desired Skill Set: (i) Preferred experience in e-commerce industry. (ii) Strong display of Myntra values and ethos (iii) High level of interest in learning new things (iv) Strong interpersonal and communication skills (v) Proactive and self-driven with great sense of ownership (vi) Go getter attitude (vii) Strong problem solving & Prioritization skills with an eye for detail (viii) Good in negotiation and persuasion
