About the job
Key responsibilities
- Title Investigation: Preparing detailed title search reports (TSR) of properties for lenders, developers, and individual buyers.
- Vetting of Documents: Reviewing, analyzing, and vetting original title deeds and historical chain documents.
- Legal Drafting: Drafting a wide range of real estate documents, including RERA agreements for sale, sale deeds, memorandums of understanding (MOUs), lease deeds, leave and license agreements, and permanent alternate accommodation agreements (PAAAs), etc.
- Research & Advisory: Conducting thorough research on property laws, local land revenue regulations, and municipal rules to draft comprehensive legal opinions for clients.
