Position: Labour Welfare Officer / Employee Relations OfficerLocation: Bidadi, Karnataka Must have -Experience: 2 to 4.5 yearsIndustry: Automotive Manufacturing only Key Responsibilities:Handle grievances and ensure employee satisfactionDevelop frontline supervisors through targeted trainingManage conflict resolution and industrial relationsCounsel employees and trainees proactivelyDetect potential labor risks earlyOversee KPI management related to absenteeism, punctuality, and health issues Desired Skills & Competencies:Knowledge of labor laws, codes, and ID actsExperience in handling labor union managementExcellent communication skills in Kannada and EnglishStrong counseling and conflict management skillsProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analyticsTeam player with good consensus-building and coordination abilities Compensation & Benefits:Annual CTC: 8 to 9 LPAVariable Component: 1 LPA Work Schedule:Work from Office: 5 days a week Rotational shifts: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM2nd Shift: 2:30 PM 11:00 PM3rd Shift: 10:00 PM 5:30 AM
