About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Assist in the preparation and baking of products such as cakes, pastries, cookies, breads, and desserts
- Follow standard recipes and production processes to ensure consistency and quality
- Support in ingredient measurement, mixing, shaping, and decorating baked items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen as per food safety norms
- Help in inventory management (stock rotation, storage, and handling of ingredients)
- Ensure proper use and upkeep of kitchen equipment
- Assist in packaging and dispatch of finished products
- Adhere to production schedules and support day-to-day kitchen operations
