Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for sales of products/systems within a designated Automotive market in accordance with strategy. Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities.

This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation in Pune, India.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Drive sales of products and systems, achieving volume, mix, and profitability targets for assigned business units.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive experience by understanding needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute sales plans, conduct regular status reviews, and propose recovery actions in case of potential order shortfalls.
- Create value through effective sales techniques, preparing offers in coordination with internal teams and ensuring alignment with company strategy, terms, and conditions.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, supporting marketing activities, cross-collaboration, and administrative processes including collections and project management.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering
