Your Role
- You will be responsible for continuing to grow our sales & market presence. You will lead a team of TLs and Promoters & ensure all key performance indicators are well monitored & delivered.
A Typical Day
- Plan and ensure achievement of sales objective (Value/Volume – product, account wise, new launches/etc.)
- Would be responsible for driving P&L to the effect of CTF & PVC.
- Onboarding new accounts & ensuring to create visibility across shop floors
- Manage end-to-end business at the Key accounts with regards to sales & retail marketing deployment.
- Ensure business growth through Key accounts, by developing the required level of relationship and engagement with decision makers & key influencers.
- Drive & effectively implement major & key initiatives at Branch level in areas of market development, product launch & Sales operation.
- Set sales forecast for the Accounts along with micro level planning (Existing & New partner planning, visibility plan, Demo activity plan & manpower wise deliverables).
- Weekly review with team on all KPI’s to ensure service levels are achieved to trade partner and customer satisfaction. Regular coordination & collaboration must be there with Service team.
- Ensure monitoring & delivering KPI’s of all In shop promoters & demonstrators along with BMs.
- Should be thorough with the product knowledge & competition offering in the space
- Should be hands on with the Product demo & prospect conversion, through sales pitch & demo.
- Ensure to monitor & execute floor level marketing activities like – New product launches, Scheme launches & Live cooking activities by coordinating with Marketing team.
