About Tash HairTash Hair is a fast-growing hair care brand redefining how India experiences professional-grade hair solutions. We're looking for a sharp, ownership-driven KAM to take full charge of our Nykaa business from day-to-day operations to long-term growth strategy.Role OverviewYou will own the Tash Hair account on Nykaa end-to-end. This is a P&L role you're not just managing listings, you're driving revenue, protecting margins, and building the brand's presence on one of India's most competitive beauty platforms. Fully remote.Key ResponsibilitiesAccount & Operations
- Own the Tash Hair seller account on Nykaa cataloguing, content updates, pricing, and listing hygiene
- Coordinate with the Nykaa category/brand team for visibility placements, brand page updates, and new product listings
- Manage inventory planning in sync with ops/warehouse to ensure consistent availability and minimise stockouts
- Handle payment reconciliation, return disputes, and any account-level escalationsGrowth & Sales
- Drive monthly and quarterly GMV targets through data-backed planning
- Identify high-potential SKUs and develop strategies to improve their rank, conversion, and review velocity
- Plan and execute participation in Nykaa sale events (BBD, Pink Friday, NYE, etc.) offers, creatives, stock
- Run and optimise Nykaa Ads (sponsored listings, brand ads) to maximise ROI
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing; recommend and implement course correctionsP&L Management
- Track and own the channel P&L net revenue, return rate, discount spend, fulfilment costs, and contribution margin
- Report weekly performance with actionable insights; flag risks early
- Ensure pricing strategy balances competitiveness with margin healthWhat We're Looking For
- 24 years of experience managing a brand on Nykaa or a similar beauty/personal care marketplace (Purplle, Myntra, Amazon)
- Strong grip on Nykaa Seller Central, marketplace analytics, and campaign management
- Comfortable owning a P&L and working with numbers daily
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently in a WFH setup
- Good communication skills for managing the Nykaa brand team relationshipKPIs

- Gross margin % and return rate
- Nykaa Ads ROAS
- Search ranking and conversion rate for key SKUs
