JOB PURPOSE:
Own growth and performance of Haleon’s Digital Commerce business across key accounts, with a clear mandate to build and scale Quick Commerce as a disproportionate growth driver and a stronger OTC play across the emerging pharma landscape.
This role is accountable for driving topline and profitability, shaping account strategy, and ensuring the business delivers sustained, high-quality growth.
It is a business ownership role, not executional account management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own overall P&L and growth delivery across priority digital commerce accounts
- Define account strategy and growth priorities across marketplaces and quick commerce
- Lead the QCom agenda as a high-growth, high-velocity channel within the portfolio
- Drive portfolio, pricing, and investment decisions aligned to platform dynamics
- Anchor cross-functional alignment to enable growth at speed and scale
