The client service executive is responsible for managing relationships with US-based clients, ensuring smooth delivery of recruitment services, and coordinating with the recruitment/delivery team to fulfill client requirements. This role acts as the primary point of contact between clients and the staffing company, ensuring high client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
A. Client relationship management:
- Act as the primary contact for US clients regarding staffing requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers.
- Ensure excellent client satisfaction and retention.
- Gather and understand job requirements from clients (IT/Non-IT roles).
- Coordinate with delivery teams for candidate submissions.
- Follow up with clients for feedback on submitted candidates.
B. Interview & hiring coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers.
- Manage Interview feedback and update recruiters accordingly.
C. Client communication:
- Respond to client queries via email.
- Provide regular updates about candidate pipelines and hiring progress.
- Escalate any issues or concerns to account managers.
