Meraki Tours & Travels is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Travel Operations & Sales Executive who can manage end-to-end travel planning while actively driving sales. The ideal candidate should have strong destination knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful bookings.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Handle travel inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings

1. Design customized domestic and international travel itineraries

1. Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, airlines, and other vendors

1. Manage bookings, reservations, and confirmations

1. Ensure smooth execution of trips from start to finish

1. Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support

1. Negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective travel solutions

1. Maintain client database and follow up for repeat business

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in travel sales/operations

1. Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations

1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

1. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

1. Proficiency in travel booking platforms

Preferred skills:

1. Experience working with DMCs and travel vendors
