The company addresses inefficiencies in supply chains caused by fragmentation, seasonality, and poor demand forecasting, leading to underutilized capacities and operational inefficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for matching the warehouse supply with client demand by bringing on board new warehouses across the country, and expanding the supply funnel through various programs and referral initiatives
Deepening the relationship with existing Supply/Warehouse Owners, Developers, Builders, etc.
Understanding the Customer Requirement based upon volumes, nature of goods, and duration of storage demand, and ramping up the supply of warehouses accordingly.
Negotiating the price and other commercial terms with Large/Medium/Small warehouse owners and onboarding them in line with company policy.
Daily Interaction with Supply/Warehouse owners for expanding the network and ensuring the smooth running of existing warehouse assets
Handling Escalation from Customers & Warehouse owners about storage, pilferage, breakage, and other issues.
Coordinating with sales/demand/customers and with the operations team to ensure customer delight across the value chain.
Handling site visits and pitches to the demand and supply side to drive the requirement to the closure.

Preferred experience in IPCs (International Property Consultancies) or Indian hospitality chain companies with direct exposure to end customers and property owners (mandatory).
