From events and exhibitions to museums and cultural spaces, we engineer experiences that leave a lasting impact.Position: Junior Spatial DesignerWe are seeking a passionate Junior Spatial Designer to join our Experience Design team. This role is ideal for female candidates who are either fresh graduates or have up to 1 year of professional experience in architecture or interior design. You will work closely with senior spatial designers and creative technologists to bring concepts to life across events, exhibitions, and experiential spaces.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing spatial layouts, working drawings, and design visualizations for events, exhibitions, and fixed installations like Museums, Experience Centers.Support senior spatial designers in conceptualization and design development.Prepare Vectorworks & AutoCAD drawings, SketchUp or Other 3Dmodels, and presentation layouts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (experience designers, engineers, and technical specialists) to align creative and technical requirements.Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and site coordination when required.Required Skills & QualificationsDegree in ArchitectureProficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp and if Vectorworks is known thats a big plusKnowledge of 3D Rendering software and familiarity with AI-driven design tools will be considered a strong advantage.Strong visualization skills and an eye for detail.Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentShould be willing to travel for site workIdeal Candidate ProfileA fresher or up to 1 year of professional experience.A strong sense of spatial design, aesthetics, and detailing.Passionate about experience design, storytelling, and immersive environments.Eager to learn and grow with an innovative team.Why Work With Empact StudioAt Empact Studio, you will be part of a pioneering team that is redefining how people experience spaces.
