Junior Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the job

We're hiring a Social Media Specialist to lead content for an upcoming indoor sports arena in Gurgaon, offering Padel, Pickleball, Box Cricket, Football and Badminton. You'll be embedded at the venue full-time, working as part of the Curveball team day-to-day. This means you'll carry Curveball's editorial standards into everything you do, but your physical world is the courts, the players, and the energy of the arena. This is a hands-on role. You will be shooting, writing, posting, and thinking strategy all in the same week, sometimes all in the same day.

Key responsibilities

1. Own the client's social pages end-to-end like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and any whatsapp community.

1. Write captions that feel alive: not generic sports-brand copy, but something that fits the venue's voice

1. Plan, schedule, and upload content consistently. Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform changes relevant to sports and leisure.
