About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Understand IT technical requirements and source relevant candidates.
- Shortlist and line up suitable candidates for interviews.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to execute smooth interview drives.
- Follow up with candidates and stakeholders to ensure timely interview outcomes.
- Maintain candidate database in ERP software.
- Coordinate with selected candidates and support onboarding and negotiations.
- Manage and execute bulk hiring drives.
- Prepare MIS reports for monthly recruitment activities.
- Work towards achieving recruitment targets within defined timelines.
Skill(s) required
English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) MS-Office
Other requirements
- BA, BBA, B.Com, BMS, or MBA (HR, sales, marketing) graduates may apply.
- Excellent interpersonal skills required.
Salary
Probation:
Duration: 5 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:
- Fixed pay: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
- Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 /year
