About the job
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple business verticals on a pan-India scale.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and source suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Handle offer negotiations, documentation, and post-offer follow-ups until candidate onboarding.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline and recruitment database for future hiring needs.
- Prepare and share recruitment MIS reports on a daily, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 13,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,20,000 - 2,40,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:
- Fixed pay: ₹ 1,20,000 - 1,30,000 /year
- Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 1,10,000 /year
