Junior Production Officer - Plant

About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate and monitor plant equipment as per SOPs and senior guidance

1. Handle chemical processes such as leaching, filtration, precipitation, solvent extraction, evaporation, and crystallization

1. Monitor critical process parameters, including temperature, specific gravity, and production efficiency

1. Maintain production logs, raw material consumption records, and shift reports

1. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE on the shop floor

1. Coordinate with plant workers to support smooth production activities

1. Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and reporting abnormalities

1. Monitor equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, boilers, and cooling towers

1. Support quality standards and process control requirements

1. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the production area
