About the job
Lead and manage the Admission Counselling team to achieve admission and revenue targets.
Monitor daily lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
Train, mentor, and support counsellors to improve their counselling and closing skills.
Track team performance through KPIs and provide regular feedback.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other channels.
Handle escalated student queries and provide effective resolutions.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with management.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to maximize lead conversion and student satisfaction.
