Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Junior/Mid-level Hardware Design Engineer (Analog & Digital). We are looking for a highly motivated Hardware Systems Engineer with strong fundamentals in electronic circuit design, PCB development, and product engineering. The ideal candidate should possess a sound understanding of analog and digital electronics, be comfortable taking designs from concept to prototype, and demonstrate strong debugging and analytical skills. The role involves designing, simulating, and validating analog and digital circuits for IoT and product platforms, including schematic capture, component selection, and BOM optimization. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements, support PCB layout activities, and perform bring-up, debugging, and testing of prototypes in the lab. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with test equipment, conducting design reviews, documenting hardware designs, and supporting design-for-manufacturing and design-for-test initiatives. The engineer will also assist in product certification activities and provide support during pilot builds and early production runs. This role offers exposure to AIoT, Automotive Electronics, Industrial IoT, Edge AI, Consumer Electronics, and Embedded Systems products from concept through production. We place significant emphasis on engineering rigor. Candidates who can design reliable circuits, identify design weaknesses early, optimize BOM costs, and debug complex hardware issues systematically will have a distinct advantage. Freshers and Recent-College-Graduates with demonstrable knowledge are encouraged to apply. Qualifications
