Role Description This is a full-time Junior Merchandiser role based in Karur. The Junior Merchandiser will assist in managing product ranges, coordinating with production and sales teams, and tracking orders from sampling through delivery. Responsibilities include preparing product sheets, maintaining up-to-date catalogs and price lists, and supporting the development of new collections based on market trends and customer feedback. The role involves regular communication with internal teams and customers to address inquiries, share product information, and ensure timelines and quality standards are met. The Junior Merchandiser will also help analyze sales data, monitor inventory, and support merchandising presentations for key accounts and marketing initiatives. Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Customer service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues professionally, and build long-term relationships.
• Sales and retail exposure to understand product positioning, pricing, and store or online merchandising needs.
• Basic marketing awareness to support product launches, promotional activities, and visual or digital merchandising content.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, order tracking tools, and basic data analysis for sales and inventory reports.
• Interest or experience in textiles, home furnishings, or fashion merchandising is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelors degree in Merchandising, Business, Textiles, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
