About the Role We are looking for a proactive PR & Guest Outreach Manager to identify, connect with, and onboard high value guests for the LazyMuscle podcast and YouTube channel(4.4 lakh subscribers). The role involves managing guest relationships, coordinating podcast appearances, and ensuring a seamless experience from outreach to episode release.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify relevant guests, creators, founders, experts, and public figures.
Lead guest outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Manage guest communication, scheduling, and coordination.
Handle pre and post podcast follow ups.
Build and maintain long term relationships with guests and their teams.
Maintain accurate outreach trackers and reports.
Ensure a professional guest experience throughout the process.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
