Key Responsibilities

1. Collect and preprocess data for training generative text models

1. Design and implement a generative model for text data

1. Train models efficiently and effectively, with a clear understanding of concepts like overfitting, underfitting, and the bias-variance tradeoff

1. Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics

1. Use the trained model to generate text based on given prompts

1. Document all stages of the model development process, from data preparation to model evaluation

Required:

1. The candidate should be capable of using Python libraries like NLTK or SpaCy for preprocessing

1. The candidate should have experience with deep learning libraries such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, and familiarity with architectures like Recurrent Neural Networks, Transformer models, or GPT-based models

1. The candidate should understand and be able to apply concepts like precision, recall, perplexity, BLEU, Rouge, LSA, METEOR, and TER

1. The candidate should be able to analyze the quality of the generated text and make adjustments to the model as needed
