Role Description The Junior Lecturer Intermediate role at Invicta Abroad Studies is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Junior Lecturer will deliver engaging lessons to intermediate-level students, focusing on building subject knowledge, academic skills, and readiness for overseas education. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, creating learning materials, conducting classroom sessions, and providing individual or small-group academic support. The role involves assessing student performance, giving constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of attendance and progress. The Junior Lecturer will collaborate with senior faculty and counselors to align teaching with institutional goals, participate in training sessions, and support academic events or orientation programs as required. Qualifications
- Strong subject-matter knowledge relevant to intermediate-level curricula and a clear ability to explain concepts in a structured, student-friendly manner.
- Effective classroom management, lesson planning, and assessment skills, with the capacity to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to guide students in academic writing, presentations, and exam preparation.
- Proficiency in basic digital tools for teaching, presentations, and record-keeping; openness to using online learning platforms and educational technology.
- Collaborative mindset, professionalism, and a student-centered approach, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Education or a relevant academic discipline (Masters degree preferred); prior teaching or tutoring experience at the intermediate level is an advantage.
- Interest in international education and overseas study processes; familiarity with standardized tests or foreign admission requirements is a plus.
