Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Human Resources Manager located at our office in Borivali. The Junior HR Manager will be responsible for supporting recruitment efforts, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records. Additional duties involve assisting with payroll processing, enforcing company policies, addressing employee concerns, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting a positive workplace culture aligned with company values. Qualifications
- Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and onboarding expertise
- Familiarity with employment laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including record-keeping and payroll management
- Proficiency in conflict resolution, employee relations, and fostering workplace communication
- Proactive problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Experience with HR management software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar HR role is highly preferred
