We partner closely with exceptional founders, helping their ventures go from concept to impact. The RoleYou are part of a two-person founding engineering team. Paired with a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you build and ship features end-to-end across the stack; fast, AI-assisted, and owned through to production. You're a generalist who does whatever the product needs that week, and you're hungry to compound your range, working shoulder-to-shoulder with a senior builder. What You'll Do

• Build across the stack: Own features from spec to production frontend, backend, and the integrations in between.
• Move fast with AI: Use AI IDEs to ship at speed, and own the quality of what you put your name on.
• Run the day-to-day: Bugs, tests, and deploys on the golden paths the SRE provides, under the rails your senior partner sets.
• Compound quickly: Absorb architecture and production thinking from your senior partner and take on more ownership every sprint.
