1. Conduct time studies for line balancing and process optimization.

1. Perform validation studies as evidence for design changes.

1. Coordinate with other departments to implement design changes.

1. Follow up with the Tool Room for any tooling-related modifications.

1. Prepare and maintain reports related to studies, changes, and implementations.
