Role Description: The Junior Educational Travel & Research Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore. This role involves supporting the design of curriculum-aligned educational tours by researching destinations, academic themes, and age-appropriate activities. The associate will assist in drafting itineraries, compiling background learning materials, and coordinating with schools, internal teams, and external partners. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate program documentation, gathering feedback from educators and students, and contributing to the continuous improvement of existing tours. The role also supports on-ground program coordination as needed, including pre-departure briefings, basic logistics follow-up, and ensuring that safety and learning objectives are met. Qualifications
- Strong research, information-gathering, and analytical skills to support the design of curriculum-linked travel programs.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing itineraries, learning materials, and professional correspondence.
- Organisational and coordination skills, including attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple programs simultaneously.
- Interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, students, internal teams, and travel partners respectfully and inclusively.
- Interest in education, experiential learning, and student development; prior exposure to teaching, mentoring, or academic projects is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and occasionally support travel or on-ground program operations, subject to organisational requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Education, Social Sciences, Humanities, Tourism, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic proficiency in productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software); familiarity with educational curricula is a plus.
