Junior Ecommerce Executive 📍 Gurugram | Full-Time | On-Site At Gytree, we are building India's first dedicated platform for women in perimenopause and menopause. We combine science-backed nutrition, health coaching, AI-powered guidance, expert consultations, diagnostics, and community to help women navigate midlife with confidence. We are looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Junior Ecommerce Executive who wants to learn, grow, and build in a fast-paced consumer health startup. What You'll Do Manage and optimize product listings across ecommerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and quick commerce channels. Monitor daily sales performance, inventory levels, pricing, and marketplace health metrics and create shipments Optimise ads on Amazon Should have deep knowledge of Amazon seller and vendor central, Flipkart, raise and fulfilling POs Analyze ecommerce data to identify opportunities for growth, conversion improvement, and revenue optimization. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and promotions. Track and report key performance metrics including sales, traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, and inventory health. Support new product launches, catalog management, and content updates across platforms. Assist in managing marketplace accounts, resolving operational issues, and maintaining platform compliance. Ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer experience across all channels. What We're Looking For - 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace management, digital commerce, or related roles. - Strong analytical skills and comfort working with Excel, reports, and performance dashboards. - Understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or other ecommerce ecosystems. - Ability to work across multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment. - Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. - Experience in D2C, consumer brands, health, wellness, beauty, or nutrition is an advantage.
