Probation:

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 30,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,001 - 4,50,002 /year Annual CTC breakup:
- Fixed pay: ₹ 4,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
- Variable pay: ₹ 1 - 2 /year
