Key Responsibilities

1. Aesthetic cataloging: Upload and maintain high-quality product listings across premium e-commerce channels. Ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and imagery match the high standards of a luxury brand.

1. Premium client support: Address customer inquiries with an elegant, helpful, and highly professional communication style, maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction.

1. Performance analysis: Monitor competitor trends in the luxury space and assist in maintaining daily sales and inventory trackers using MS Excel.

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers) After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 1,00,000 - 2,00,000 /year
