Key responsibilities

- Explaining courses, training programs, and their benefits.
- Understanding customer requirements and suggesting suitable courses.
- Following up with interested leads and converting them into enrollments.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinating with internal teams for admissions and onboarding.
- Handling customer queries and providing timely support.
