Role: Junior Accountant Location: Mumbai Industry: QSR / Food & Beverage / Cloud Kitchens Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities * Daily accounting entries in Tally* Recording sales, purchases, vendor bills, and expenses* Bank reconciliation and payment tracking* Managing cash and settlement records from aggregators (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.)* Maintaining invoices, bills, and supporting documentation* Assisting with GST data preparation and compliance support* Vendor ledger reconciliation and follow-ups* Supporting outlet-level accounting and stock-related entries* Coordinating with operations teams for documentation and approvals* Assisting the Senior Accountant and CFO team with MIS and reporting* Handling basic administrative and finance coordination tasks Requirements * 1–3 years of accounting experience* Good working knowledge of Tally* Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles* Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Ability to manage multiple outlets/accounts systematically* Prior experience in restaurant, QSR, retail, or FMCG accounting is a plus What We’re Looking For * Honest and reliable* Organized and process-driven* Willing to learn and grow with a scaling food brand* Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
