JSM controls

Performs electrical maintenance and automation support activities to ensure manufacturing equipment is reliable, available, and operating efficiently. This role involves troubleshooting, programming, and maintaining control systems, PLCs, and automation equipment in a high-volume manufacturing environment. The position requires working with limited guidance while supporting continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)

• Follow all HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Identify, report, and mitigate workplace hazards; stop work in case of critical risks.

• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and promote a safety-first culture.

• Apply safe practices while working with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Participate in HSE training and contribute to an injury-free workplace.

1. Quality

• Apply high standards of workmanship and ensure adherence to quality procedures.

• Perform work in accordance with electrical schematics, control diagrams, and specifications.

• Support equipment uptime and conduct downtime/failure analysis.

• Follow process documentation and provide feedback into Preventive Maintenance systems.

• Perform inspections and raise issues to reduce quality risks and costs.
