About the job
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee departmental operations in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Support the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of policies, programs, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with government departments, public sector organizations, and other stakeholders on assigned projects.
- Supervise administrative, operational, and technical activities within the assigned division.
- Review reports, proposals, and project outcomes to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Provide guidance and direction to subordinate officers and teams for effective execution of responsibilities.
- Monitor project performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Assist senior management in decision-making through analysis and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and government guidelines.
- Represent the organization in meetings, consultations, and inter-departmental discussions.
