Labcorp is seeking a remote Contract Lifecycle Management Specialist to join our team!
Work Schedule: This is a full‑time, exempt (salaried) position assigned to a 2nd shift schedule, with standard business hours of Monday through Friday, 11:30 AM IST – 8:30 PM IST in your local time zone. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.
This role reports under IT and provides ongoing support for Labcorp's global Legal department as an administrator and configurator of the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform. The position focuses on platform enhancements, issue resolution, integrations, and end‑to‑end lifecycle management of configuration changes.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage ICI platform.
- Create and update contract types, templates, workflows, rules, attributes, clauses, and user/security groups.
- Act as 1st responder for Severity 1 incidents, driving rapid diagnosis and resolution.
Technical Oversight
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver both short- and long-term remediation.
- Work directly with business users to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, implement changes in lower environments, and facilitate UAT.
