Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
- Provide personalized styling and product consultation to enhance customer experience.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and provide effective after-sales support.
- Maintain store presentation, product display, and visual merchandising standards.
- Follow company policies, processes, and operational guidelines.
