About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.

1. Assist customers with live ITR filing and guide them through the tax filing process on the platform.

1. Help customers understand tax-related information, filing requirements, and platform features.

1. Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

1. Follow up with customers to ensure the successful completion of their ITR filing journey.

1. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and case resolutions.

1. Meet service quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets.

1. Stay updated on tax filing processes, product updates, and company policies.
