About the internship

BrandBridge is looking for an IT support intern who is highly proficient in AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT and has a strong interest in business analysis and product management. The intern will support technology operations, documentation, research, and process improvement initiatives.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) for research, documentation, and workflow improvement.

1. Assist in technology support and implementation activities.

1. Create SOPs, reports, presentations, and process documentation.

1. Support business analysis and operational improvement projects.

1. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and technology.
