Join our team as an IT Recruiter. We welcome applications from freshers to candidates with up to 2 years of experience, especially those with a technical background and an interest in recruitment. The role covers the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle
- Understand job requirements across IT roles such as Developers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, SAP Consultants, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews or telephonic discussions
- Assess candidates on technical skills, communication, and role fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
- Follow up on feedback, offer rollout, and candidate joining
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build and manage a pipeline of IT candidates for ongoing requirements
- Meet defined TAT and hiring targets
- Experience working with or hiring for Big 4 companies will be an added advantage
