The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing skills, strong understanding of IT technologies, and experience handling technical requirements across various domains. Mandatory Skills: - Strong IT sourcing skills - Experience in end-to-end IT recruitment - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing - Strong understanding of IT technologies and skillsets - Experience in screening technical profiles - Excellent communication and stakeholder management Responsibilities: - Source profiles through LinkedIn, job portals, and references - Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - Screen and evaluate technical candidates - Coordinate interviews and client interactions - Maintain candidate pipeline and database - Work on multiple IT requirements simultaneously Preferred Skills: - Experience hiring for Java, QA, Data Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, UI, and Full Stack roles - Experience working with clients/direct hiring - Good negotiation and follow-up skills
