This role involves troubleshooting, infrastructure support, vendor coordination, and maintaining IT systems such as servers, antivirus, and printing services. Roles & ResponsibilitiesEnd-User Support
- Handle OA related support calls.
- Provide day-to-day IT support for end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops.
- Configure and install laptops, desktops, and printers.Infrastructure & System Management
- Manage file servers and backup servers.
- Administer antivirus server and client systems.
- Manage and maintain print servers.
- Perform basic network troubleshooting.System Updates & Maintenance
- Handle WSUS (Windows Server Update Services client-side activities.
- Ensure systems are updated with latest patches and antivirus definitions.
- Maintain system health and performance across end-user devices.Process & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain Office Automation SOPs.
- Follow and support PMCS processes.
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support logs.Vendor & Procurement Management
- Coordinate with vendors for IT service-related issues.
- Handle procurement activities related to Office Automation requirements.
- Ensure timely resolution of escalations involving third-party vendors.Communication & Meetings
- Handle VC setup and troubleshooting.
- Provide IT support during meetings and presentations.Certifications (Preferred
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, Modern Desktop Administrator)
- ITIL Foundation
- CompTIA A+ / Network+optional but beneficial
Experience Range: 3 to 5 yearsEducation: BE / BSc / MCA / BCA (or equivalent in IT/Computer Science field
