All about the role:

This role is a regional IT Lead Collaboration Solutions & Productivity AI position within Electrolux Group Solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms, Copilot / Productivity AI, and responsible AI adoption across APAC & MEA.

You will play a critical role in driving measurable productivity gains for employees by owning the end-to-end Collaboration & Productivity AI landscape, including Microsoft Teams, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio (lightweight agents), adoption programs, governance, and security alignment.

You will work closely with the Global Workplace Solutions & Collaboration Team as well as leverage the APAC MEA Employee Experience (EX) team as the regional execution and delivery force.

• Copilot & Productivity AI rollout, governance, and adoption

• Responsible AI compliance and risk management

• Regional enablement, change management, and upskilling
