The platform is designed to support businesses of various sizes in modernizing their HR processes and enhancing the employee experience.Role Description The IT (HRMS) SaaS Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts for OTU Indias HRMS and related SaaS offerings. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting product demos, and presenting tailored HRMS solutions to decision-makers in HR and IT. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure, while maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high customer satisfaction, and will continuously gather market feedback to support product and sales strategy improvements.Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in HRMS, ATS, or HR technology solutions.
- Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, solution selling, and closing deals.
- Ability to conduct effective product demonstrations and communicate technical concepts in a clear, business-focused manner.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and data-driven sales reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Understanding of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement is highly desirable.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad and travel to client locations as required.Local to BangaloreExperience in Field sales is a must
