A Day in the Life

Our Hyperautomation & AI team is part of this and uses advanced technologies to automate business and IT processes. This can include anything from simple task automation to complex decision making. We empower our employees and processes with digital superpowers. The team owns enterprise capabilities for AI/ML, Robotic Process Automation, and Process Mining. Medtronic is hiring an IT Technologist to play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex Hyperautomation & AI solutions leveraging multiple capabilities such as Artificial Intelligence (AI/ML), Generative AI, Agentic AI, Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining and no-code automation that leverage our data warehouse and machine learnings platforms and our integrations platform. Your extensive experience and deep understanding will drive the success of our projects and contribute to the overall IT strategy of the organization. As an IT Technologist, you will be a senior member of our technology team responsible for shaping and executing our organization's strategy. Your extensive experience in designing and implementing complex solutions will be crucial in ensuring the business processes are automated across our business and functions.
