At Swish, we’re reimagining food delivery by combining speed, freshness, and consistency. Our platform delivers high-quality meals, snacks, and beverages in under 10 minutes, turning everyday eating into a seamless experience. We’re building a fast-growing, high-ownership company focused on redefining how India eats every day. This role will own end-to-end internal IT operations across employee onboarding/offboarding, device management, access management, office IT infrastructure, identity and authentication systems, troubleshooting, and security hygiene. You will work closely with People Ops, Security, and business teams to ensure a smooth, secure, and scalable technology experience for all employees. Key Responsibilities Employee IT Operations - Manage onboarding and offboarding for all employees - Configure and provision laptops, accounts, tools, and access - Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management - Handle laptop recovery, replacements, repairs, and upgrades - Ensure smooth day-1 IT setup for new joiners Helpdesk & Technical Support - Act as the primary point of contact for internal IT support - Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, VPN, printer, and access-related issues - Resolve day-to-day employee IT concerns across office and remote setups - Maintain SLA-driven support and ticket resolution Access & Identity Management - Manage user accounts across Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, HRMS, ATS, and other SaaS tools - Ensure proper access provisioning and deprovisioning - Maintain role-based access controls and security best practices - Support MFA and password/security policies IT Infrastructure & Office Setup - Manage office WiFi, networking, conference room setups, printers, and meeting room tech - Coordinate with internet providers and IT vendors - Maintain uptime and smooth functioning of office IT infrastructure Security & Compliance - Implement basic endpoint security and device policies - Maintain antivirus, device tracking, and system update hygiene - Support audits, compliance documentation, and security processes - Drive awareness around IT and security best practices internally Vendor & Procurement Management - Coordinate procurement of laptops, accessories, licenses, and IT equipment - Manage vendor relationships, AMCs, and service providers - Optimize IT costs and software utilization Process Building & Scaling - Set up scalable IT processes and documentation - Introduce tools and automation for device management and helpdesk workflows - Build IT SOPs, asset tracking systems, and onboarding playbooks - Help scale IT operations efficiently as the company grows What We’re Looking For - 3–6 years of experience in IT support, IT administration, or internal IT operations - Experience supporting 100+ employee environments - Strong understanding of Google Workspace / Microsoft 365, MacOS and Windows troubleshooting, Networking basics and office IT infrastructure, SaaS access management and Endpoint/device management tools - Experience with onboarding/offboarding workflows - Familiarity with IT security and compliance hygiene - Ability to work independently and build systems from scratch - Strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills
