Drive the resolution of incidents and outages, ensuring effective communication throughout the process. Facilitate the restoration of services to the production environment promptly. Establish and maintain disaster recovery procedures to safeguard operational continuity. Implement and uphold data retention practices to ensure compliance and data integrity.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Intermediate proficiency in Service Desk Management. A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.
