Role Overview Were looking for a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Investment Banking Faculty to lead and deliver high-impact training sessions for our flagship Financial Modeling & Valuation course. This is not your typical chalk-and-talk teaching role were building real-world professionals, not just students. If you love finance, enjoy teaching, and can break down complex deal-making concepts into engaging classroom learning, this role is for you.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver live classroom & online training sessions on Investment Banking-related modulesDesign and update realistic case studies, assignments, and financial models used in classEvaluate student submissions and provide actionable feedbackCollaborate with content and product teams to improve the curriculum and deliveryMentor students on career paths, skill development, and interview preparationEnsure high engagement and learning outcomes across all batches
What Were Looking ForQualification: CA, CFA, with a keen interest in teaching and strong working knowledge of financial models2+ years of hands-on experience in Investment Banking, Equity Research, or Transaction AdvisoryStrong command over Excel-based Financial Modeling, DCF, Comps Valuation, and Pitch DecksExcellent communication and presentation skillsPassion for mentoring and upskilling students
